Note: Disney hosted me at this meal, but as always, all opinions are my own.
The most delightful character meal at Walt Disney World resides at Disney’s Riviera Resort.
It’s called Topolino’s Terrace and you should definitely consider it for your next visit.
Let’s see why!
Basic Scoop
- Disney shares the scoop on this location, including pricing and menus, here.
- As always, I recommend you make a reservation for this meal. You may do so on the Walt Disney World app or online.
- While you dine, characters walk through the restaurant with plenty of distance from guests. They also routinely come out for a “dance party”.
Characters
Find these characters, in the most adorable costumes, at Topolino’s:
- Mickey Mouse
- Minnie Mouse
- Donald Duck
- Daisy Duck
I’ve shared lots of video from this meal here.

Food
The food at Topolino’s is now my favorite at any character meal at Walt Disney World.
It is fantastic.
Each guest will order an entree after enjoying some bread and pastries upon sitting down.
That will be enough for most. But! If you see something else on the menu that looks appealing, ask your server for a “taste”.
In the photo, below, you’ll see three entrees. In addition to those, a small plate of Sour Cream Waffles can be seen. That was a “taste”.
Love this!

This restaurant is so lovely and the food is divine.

Why Should You Book this Reservation?
It’s hands down the best character meal at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. The food, service, ambiance, views, etc, etc.
Don’t miss it.

We have a reservation here in 1.5 weeks! Is there a memory maker photographer there?
Is a taste just a smaller version of the normal size meal?if so, what would the pricing be compared to the regular sized meal? I need all the info about the taste. My son likes “adult” food more than the kids menu.
Hi, Megan.
Yes. They’re a smaller portion.
The “tastes” are free. In the big table photo in this post, the Sour Cream Waffles were our taste request. Nice portion! I love that they do this.
And, I love that your son has such an adventurous pallet!
If you have more questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Happy to help your little culinary kid!
