I love L.A!
One of my favorite recent day trips included an early visit to the Petersen Automotive Museum and then a walk to 3rd and Fairfax.
At this famous corner, you’ll find The Original Farmers Market in Los Angeles. Just beyond it is The Grove, a gorgeous high end shopping center.
Let’s take a closer look.

Basic Scoop
This area of Los Angeles has a little bit of everything. It’s mostly outdoors, but our weather usually cooperates so that’s not a big factor.
The Original Farmers Market feeds into The Grove, or vice versa, depending on where you start. Meaning, you walk right out of the market and into The Grove.
You can park at the market for free for up to 2 hours with validation from some of the vendors. The Grove, off Fairfax, charges $2 an hour from the start.
If you visit during the winter months, you’ll get to see the cute decor and can meet Santa! Check out a peek here.

The Original Farmers Market
The Original Farmers Market is filled with history, nostalgia, great food and even better people.
Let’s take a walk through the market.

The Grove
The Grove includes high end and trendy stores in a gorgeous setting. Look for the Apple Store with trees, Nike, Brandy Melville, La La Land, an AMC Theater, Barnes & Noble, Lululemon, Aritzia,
