Disney Baby Time Capsule

The Disney Baby Time Capsule is something I created for a friend who loves Disney and recently had a baby.

It’s intended to commemorate Disneyland at the time the baby was born.

Let’s take a look at the details.

Before We Get Started

What This is All About

My friend had a baby recently and I wanted to honor her in a special way, inspired by Disney.

I collected items from around the park to give to her baby later on, all dated from when she was born. Park maps, a button, and more….they all change over time.

So this box will show her what Disneyland was like when she arrived in this beautiful world.

You could add other things too!

What to Include

First, you’ll need a box. I ordered mine from Amazon. You can find them at Hobby Lobby and Michaels too.

Now let’s fill it!

Personalized

Look for these personalized items in the park:

  • Mickey hat (Mad Hatter)
  • Free Button (City Hall)
  • Leather Bracelet (Frontierland)
  • Free Creatures of Batuu book (Galaxy’s Edge – here’s more info)

Not Personalized

And look for these too:

  • Free Park maps (City Hall)
  • $.25 Esmeralda card (from the fortune teller at Candy Palace)
  • Free stickers (cast members hand them out)
  • Free commemorative tickets (from the 70th celebration)
  • Pressed Penny from Disneyland (locations around the parks)
  • Free Mickey’s Park Rangers book (Bayou Country shops)
