The 10th anniversary of Pearls in the Park is happening in 2026 and you’re going to want to get tickets!

This is much more than a Disney fan group. It’s the best gathering of people you’ll find in our community.

Basic Scoop

Pearls in the Park is a party that I throw each year for Disney enthusiasts, friends, and readers of my site, DisneylandDaily.com. It started in 2016 and has continued since with annual parties totaling 8 on site with Disney, 2 off site and 1 Disney Cruise.

I’m so pleased to be hosting with Get Away Today! I know our guests are as well.

The purpose of these parties is to get people together for food, drinks, Disney and more. We have guests attend from all around the United States, Canada and Australia.

All parties have guests from previous years attend as well as new faces, too.

Everyone is invited. I hope you’ll join us!

When & Where

The big event will be held at Paseo in Downtown Disney, on May 1, 2025 from 5:00-7:30pm. This event is catered by this Michelin Star restaurant with drinks for purchase if you wish.

Expect delicious food, a cash bar, professional photography, music, photo ops, a parting gift and the chance to win one of several prizes.

In addition to the main event, ticket holders are invited to attend a private Happy Hour on April 30, 2026 from 3-5pm in Downtown Disney at Naples Ristorante. This event includes pizza, salad, and bread service with drinks and additional food for purchase if you wish.

Many guests stay several nights before and/or after the big party on the 1st, so we offer hotel options to get together each day from April 29, 2026 – May 3, 2026.

How to Purchase your Event Ticket

There are a few ticket options each year. The lower cost is for anyone and everyone. The higher is for anyone who wants to attend the character breakfast and/or book a discounted Disneyland Resort hotel room.

Party tickets are:

• $160 Adult Event Ticket
• $260 Adult Event Ticket + Character Meal at Storytellers Cafe (this ticket pays your character meal in full with tip and unlocks the Disneyland Resort Hotel discount)
• $80 Child Event Ticket
• $130 Child Event Ticket + Character Meal at Storytellers Cafe (this ticket pays your meal in full with tip)

Note: Kids receive a lanyard and button like adults and are welcome to participate in all of our events. They are also guaranteed to win a prize at the giveaway raffle at our main event. Paseo will include a kid-friendly buffet.

How to Book Your Disneyland Resort Hotel Room

Once your “Adult + Character Meal” ticket is purchased, an email will be sent to you from Get Away Today with a link to book one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels at a specially priced rate if you wish. (Rooms will be available to book in 1-2 weeks.)

Event Schedule for 2026

This is tentative, since we’re still so far out from the event date, but you can expect something similar to:

• Wednesday, April 29, 2026 – Park meet up to watch Tapestry of Happiness (8:05pm), Paint the Night parade (8:30pm) and Wondrous Journeys fireworks (9:30pm)! (Make a Disneyland reservation for the parades and fireworks; meet at 7:30pm at our spot in the park – check the facebook group for details)
• Thursday, April 30, 2026 – Work through rope drop ride strategy at Disneyland in the morning; pre-party in Downtown Disney at Naples from 3-5pm; (Make a Disneyland reservation for the ride strategy morning)
• Friday, May 1, 2026 – Work through rope drop ride strategy at Disney California Adventure in the morning; Big event at the Paseo from 5:00-7:30pm (Make a DCA reservation for ride strategy morning)
• Saturday, May 2, 2026 – Character meal at Grand Californian Hotel around 10:00am

Notes: These meet ups are optional, of course. Guests must purchase the character meal on their own or buy the $260 event ticket. (Your meal and tip will be paid in full with this ticket)
