Pearls in the Park is a 4 day event that’s filled with fun and friendship at the Disneyland Resort.

This is much more than a Disney fan group. It’s the best gathering of people you’ll find in our community!

What is Pearls in the Park?

Pearls in the Park is a party that I throw each year for Disney enthusiasts, friends, and readers of my site, DisneylandDaily.com. It started in 2016 and has continued since with annual parties totaling 8 on site with Disney, 3 off site and 1 Disney Cruise.

I’m so pleased to be hosting with Get Away Today! I know our guests are as well.

The purpose of these parties is to get people together for food, drinks, Disney and more. We have guests attend from all around the United States, Canada and Australia.

All parties have guests from previous years attend as well as new faces, too.

When & Where

Pearls in the Park is really 4 days long with options to connect with other guests each day.

The premier event will be held at the private gorgeous terrace overlooking Downtown Disney at Naples Ristorante on April 30, 2027 in the early evening. This event includes a catered Italian feast with drinks for purchase if you wish. Expect delicious food, a cash bar, professional photography, music, photo ops, a parting gift and the chance to win one of several prizes.

In addition to the main event, ticket holders are invited to attend a private Happy Hour on April 29, 2027 in Downtown Disney on the patio at Naples Ristorante. This event is catered and includes pizza, salad, and bread service with drinks and additional food for purchase if you wish.

We meet up for a morning of rides in the park and another morning includes a walk down Main Street, coffee in hand, checking out all the secrets and hidden Mickeys. We also get together on the 28th to watch a parade and fireworks. And, Saturday includes an optional character breakfast at the Grand Californian Hotel!

Many guests stay several nights before and/or after the big party on the 30th, so we offer hotel options to get together each day from April 28, 2027 – May 2, 2027. I’ll be staying at the Grand Californian Hotel from April 28, 2027 to May 1, 2027.

What Your Ticket Includes

• The premier event on the terrace overlooking Downtown Disney at Naples Ristorante, catered

• Strategy morning at Disneyland on Thursday – meet up with other guests for rides to start the day
• Main Street Coffee Walk on Friday – meet up with other guests to walk down Main Street with coffee looking for hidden Mickeys, sharing secrets and noting all the historical spots along the way; finish with a ride in Fantasyland and breakfast at Red Rose Taverne (breakfast at Red Rose Taverne is paid by guest)
• The option to meet up with other Pearlies for a character meal on Saturday (breakfast at Storytellers is paid by guest)

How to Purchase your Event Ticket

There are a few ticket options each year. The lower cost is for anyone and everyone. The higher is for anyone who wants to attend the character breakfast and/or book a discounted room at the Grand Californian Hotel.

Party tickets are:

• $170 Adult Event Ticket
• $260 Adult Event Ticket + Character Meal at Storytellers Cafe (this ticket pays your character meal in full with tip and unlocks the Disneyland Resort Hotel discount)
• $90 Child Event Ticket
• $140 Child Event Ticket + Character Meal at Storytellers Cafe (this ticket pays your meal in full with tip)

Note: Kids receive a lanyard and button like adults and are welcome to participate in all of our events. They are also guaranteed to win a prize at the giveaway raffle at our main event. “Child” tickets are available to guests age 9 and under.

How to Book Your Room at the Grand Californian Hotel

Once your “Adult + Character Meal” ticket is purchased, an email will be sent to you from Get Away Today with a link to book a room at the Grand Californian Hotel if you wish.

Total prices, with taxes and fees, include:

Event Schedule for 2027

This is tentative, since we’re still so far out from the event date, but you can expect something similar to:

• Wednesday, April 28, 2027 – Park meet up to watch parade and fireworks
• Thursday, April 29, 2027 – Enjoy lots of rides with other guests at Disneyland starting with rope drop; Happy Hour on the patio at Naples in the early afternoon
• Friday, April 30, 2027 – Walk down Main Street with other Pearls guests early morning; let’s share park secrets, find Hidden Mickeys, look for historical stops, ride a Fantasyland attraction, find the Pearly Band for hopefully a photo, and have breakfast at Red Rose Taverne; Premier event on the terrace at Naples Ristorante in the early evening
• Saturday, May 1, 2027 – Character meal at Grand Californian Hotel around 10:00am

Notes: These meet ups are optional, of course. Guests can purchase breakfast at Red Rose Taverne if they wish after the Coffee Walk and breakfast at Storytellers Cafe Character Meal too. No need to make a reservation for the Storytellers Breakfast. We will take care of this as a group in the Pearls Facebook page.
